ONE NATION LEGACY HAT GIVEAWAY

1. OFFICIAL RULES

   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

   1. Sponsor

   The One Nation Legacy Hat Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by One Nation Legacy, LLC, Arizona (“Sponsor”).

   This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other social media platform.

   2. Eligibility

   The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of One Nation Legacy, LLC are not eligible to enter.

   Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

   3. Giveaway Period

   The Giveaway begins on Wednesday August 26,2026 at 12:00pm Arizona Time and ends on Wednesday September 2, 2026 at 12:00pm Arizona Time (“Giveaway Period”).

   Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

   4. How to Enter

   To receive one (1) official entry, participants must complete all of the following during the Giveaway Period:

   1. Follow @OneNationLegacy on Instagram.

   2. Follow @OneNationLegacy on TikTok.

   3. Visit OneNationLegacy.com and complete the official Hat Giveaway entry form, including a valid email address and the participant's Instagram and TikTok usernames.

   There is no purchase necessary to enter.

   Participants must provide accurate information. One Nation Legacy reserves the right to disqualify entries containing false, incomplete, fraudulent, or unverifiable information.

   5. Bonus Entries

   Eligible participants may receive additional entries by completing the bonus actions identified in the Giveaway promotion:

   +1 Bonus Entry: Share the official Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @OneNationLegacy.

   +1 Bonus Entry: Tag a friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post.

   Bonus actions are optional and are not required to enter the Giveaway.

   Participants with private social media accounts may be asked to provide reasonable verification that a qualifying bonus action was completed.

   6. Prizes

   A total of five (5) winners will be selected.

   Each winner will receive:

   One (1) One Nation Legacy hat.

   Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $39.99.

   Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $199.95.

   Prizes have no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

   7. Winner Selection

   Five potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

   Each eligible entry, including verified bonus entries, will be included in the random drawing.

   The drawing will take place on or approximately Thursday September 3, 2026 at 6:00pm Arizona Time.

   8. Winner Notification

   Potential winners will be contacted using the email address and/or social media account provided with their entry.

   One Nation Legacy will never require a winner to provide payment, banking information, credit card information, or purchase anything to claim a prize.

   Potential winners must respond within 48 hours of notification.

   If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

   9. Prize Delivery

   Winners may be required to provide a valid U.S. shipping address for delivery of their prize.

   One Nation Legacy will cover standard shipping costs within the United States.

   Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because a winner supplied incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

   10. Odds of Winning

   Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries and verified bonus entries received during the Giveaway Period.

   11. Publicity

   Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize grants One Nation Legacy permission to announce the winner's first name and/or social media username in connection with the Giveaway without additional compensation.

   No entrant grants Sponsor ownership of their social media content merely by entering the Giveaway.

   12. Privacy

   Information collected through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes.

   Entrants who separately choose to opt in to marketing communications may also receive One Nation Legacy news, product releases, promotions, and other marketing communications.

   Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

   13. General Conditions

   Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the entry process, manipulate entries, use automated or fraudulent methods of entry, interfere with the operation of the Giveaway, or violate these Official Rules.

   Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform disruptions, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

   14. Limitation of Liability

   To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, employees, representatives, and agents will not be responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, internet or platform outages, incorrect information supplied by entrants, or other circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.

   Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

   15. Social Media Disclaimer

   This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.

   By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to One Nation Legacy, LLC, and not to Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.

   16. Governing Law

   To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
